What’s the difference between staffing and recruiting?

Recruiting typically focuses on permanent hires. Staffing (staff augmentation) is built for speed and flexibility—contract, contract-to-hire, or project-based help. Many teams use staffing to add capacity fast, cover gaps, or reduce hiring risk before converting someone to full-time.

What staffing models do you support?

We support contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire. If you’re unsure which model fits, tell us the outcome you’re driving and your timeline—we’ll recommend the fastest path without cutting corners.

How fast can you deliver candidates?

Timing depends on role complexity, market availability, and required screening. For common roles with clear requirements, we can often deliver a curated shortlist quickly. We’ll align on expectations up front and keep communication tight throughout the search.

Do you work with small companies or only large enterprises?

Both. We support organizations of all sizes. The difference is not company size—it’s clarity on what success looks like. We help define scope, must-haves, and evaluation criteria so you get strong matches faster.

What industries do you support?

We support municipal/public sector, healthcare, hospitality & travel, banking & financial services, energy & utilities, manufacturing, and insurance. If your industry isn’t listed, reach out—our approach is adaptable.

Fast, structured, and transparent

Fast, structured, and transparent

Most hiring pain comes from unclear roles and inconsistent screening. We use role-specific scorecards, curated shortlists, and straightforward communication—so you get fewer resumes and better fits.

What roles do you typically fill?

Common roles include project/program managers, business analysts, data/BI analysts, software engineers, QA/automation, DevOps/SRE, cloud/infrastructure, cybersecurity, and database talent (DBAs, database engineers, database architects).

How do you screen candidates?

We use role-specific scorecards and structured screening. We validate must-have skills, experience depth, communication, and readiness for the role’s environment (remote/hybrid/on-site, regulated vs fast-moving, etc.).

Can you help define the role if we’re unsure what we need?

Yes. Many searches fail because the role isn’t clearly scoped. We’ll help translate outcomes into responsibilities, seniority, must-haves, and screening criteria before sourcing.

Do you provide database roles (DBA / architect / engineer)?

Yes. We support DBAs, database engineers, and database architects—performance tuning, reliability, governance, migrations, and operational support.

How do you handle candidate information and privacy?

We don’t sell candidate data. We share profiles only with hiring teams involved in a specific search and keep access limited to people working on that engagement. You can request deletion of your information at any time.

Will my resume be shared without my consent?

No. We use resumes to match candidates to relevant roles and only share profiles for active opportunities with the hiring team involved in that search.
