Candidate data (resumes, contact details, work history) is handled with care. We don’t sell it, and we don’t blast it broadly. We use it to match candidates to relevant opportunities and to support hiring teams on specific searches.

Client information (role requirements, process details, interview feedback) is treated as confidential. We keep it scoped to the engagement and the team working on it.

We’re also actively building the internal systems that will serve as the backbone for candidate intake and consent-based sharing. As we evolve, we’ll keep this page updated with our practices.

Access to candidate and client information is limited to the people working on the engagement. No broad internal sharing.

We use MFA, strong access controls, and security-aware onboarding practices for tools and accounts.

Retention and deletion

Candidates can request deletion of their information. We aim to keep only what we need to provide services and meet obligations.

Responsible incident response

If we ever have an incident, we investigate, contain, and communicate appropriately with impacted parties.
