Clients
- Contact information and company details
- Role requirements, interview feedback, and hiring workflow information
- Information needed for contracting and service delivery
Website visitors
- Basic usage information (e.g., pages visited) via standard analytics, if enabled
- Information you submit via email or forms (if/when forms are added)
3) How we use information
- To match candidates to relevant opportunities
- To communicate with candidates and clients

4) What we don’t do
- We do not sell candidate data.
- We do not publish candidate resumes publicly.
- We do not share candidate profiles broadly or “blast” them to unrelated parties.

We share candidate profiles only with hiring teams involved in a specific search, for the purpose of evaluating a candidate for that role. We also share information with service providers (e.g., email and hosting providers) only to operate the business.
6) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No system is 100% secure, but we aim to reduce risk through access controls and security-aware operations.
